Pet deposit $200
One-time pet fee $200
Pet rent $35 per month
Breed restrictions include: Alaskan Malamute, Boxer, Chow, Mastiffs, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Husky Breeds, Pitbull Breeds, Presa Canarias, Rottweiler, and Wolf Hybrids, full blood or mixed at any percentage are PROHIBITED from residing at this community.
